The solution provided by Danieli includes a six-pass fast-finishing block, a water-cooling line to ensure the bars meet international mechanical property standards, and Sund Birsta strapping machines for optimized packaging. The entire process is managed through an advanced Danieli Automation system, ensuring seamless control, precision, and enhanced operational efficiency. This innovative spooler technology eliminates the need for coil unwinding and rewinding, streamlining the process and improving overall productivity. It also ensures the best possible metallurgical uniformity throughout the entire coil, further enhancing the quality and consistency of the final product.
