He is also Director of two companies belonging to the Group – Valeur Capital and Valeur Securities.

A prominent figure in the financial domain, specifically in credit and equity, Alessandro Noceti holds a pivotal role at Valeur Group. Assuming the position of Director in April 2015, he spearheads Valeur Capital, aligning efforts with the primary objective of formulating optimal fund strategies. Engaging in comprehensive research and market analysis alongside other Group entities, the company, headquartered in London, serves as the nucleus for Valeur Group’s asset management and structured investment product services. It operates under the regulatory purview of the Financial Conduct Authority. Valeur Capital manages Luxembourg-based funds (SIF and UCITS) employing cutting-edge financial engineering techniques for crafting and valuing bespoke products. Four years after his arrival at Valeur Group, Alessandro Noceti was also appointed Director of Valeur Securities, based in Pfäffikon (Switzerland). The company operates as a trading desk with an efficient investment platform that offers wide access to the market. Its team of traders has long experience in dealing with traditional and alternative asset classes and order execution, ensuring clients receive the best possible service. Valeur Securities SA is authorized by the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA) for the distribution of collective investment schemes.

Alessandro Noceti’s career unfolds against the backdrop of a specialized education and a trajectory marked by escalating responsibilities. His academic journey commenced with the attainment of a Degree in Economics from the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia, Italy. Eager to delve deeper into the realms of finance, he pursued a Master in European Business Studies, specializing in Finance, at the ESCP-EAP European School of Management (London/Turin), culminating in the year 2007. His active involvement as a member of the BDE Committee during his time at the Institute underscored his commitment to academic and professional excellence. He also obtained a Master in Business Administration from the ESCP Business School in London. The commencement of his professional path in 2008 saw him anchoring his career at the London branch of Credit Suisse International. Here, he assumed the role of an Analyst within the Investment Banking - Equity and Fixed Income Derivatives Sales Department. Later, he took on the role of Associate, where he was responsible for sales coverage for Italian retail and institutional clients. His trajectory continued as he ascended to the position of Vice President, presiding over sales for the Italian Real Money sector from 2012 to 2014. Alessandro Noceti’s hands-on experience converged in his subsequent appointment as Director of the Italian Pension Fund cluster at Credit Suisse International. In 2015, he embarked on a transformative chapter in his career by joining Valeur Group. This move signified a pivotal juncture as he assumed the role of Director at Valeur Capital, a London-based entity serving as the nucleus of Valeur Group’s asset management services.
