It is in 2010 that Lorenzo Vangelisti takes the leap by leaving Credit Suisse and found Valeur Group, a modern company with a European character that specializes in asset management, investment advisory, risk management, trading and real estate services. Today the Group is made by four interrelated companies: Valeur Capital Ltd, Valeur SA, Valeur Securities SA and Valeur Concept SA. Three of them are based in Switzerland and the fourth is in London. Valeur Capital Ltd makes the heart of the Group's Asset Management and customized investment product services. This company manages Luxembourg-based funds (mainly SIF and UCITS) and carries out research and market analysis to make the best fund strategies along with other entities of the Group. Valeur Capital Ltd is the one based in England's capital city. Valeur SA (Lugano) is an asset manager of foreign collective investment schemes pursuant to the Federal Act on Collective Investment Schemes and it is where markets and investment strategies research is carried out. Valeur Securities (Pfäffikon) operates as the trading desk providing an efficient investment platform with wide access to the market. In Valeur Concept (Lugano) instead, a team of experts with a profound understanding of the Swiss and Italian real estate markets is in charge of real estate investment solutions and architectural services. Recently, Valeur Group has acquired LinkedTrade, a fintech digital platform based in London.
