Australian Oilseeds expands distribution with Woolworths

Australian Oilseeds Holdings Limited (NASDAQ: COOT), a company specializing in the production of non-GMO cold-pressed oils, has announced the expansion of its distribution network through a new partnership with Woolworths, one of Australia's leading retailers. As part of this agreement, the company's products, including non-GMO GEO extra virgin canola oil and non-GMO GEO extra virgin vegetable oil, will be available in all Woolworths stores across the country, with sizes ranging from 750 ml to 4 liters.

Currently valued at approximately 28 million dollars, Australian Oilseeds Holdings aims to leverage its new partnership with Woolworths to boost its annual revenue, which reached 22.5 million dollars in the last 12 months.

Gary Seaton, the CEO of the company, expressed great enthusiasm for the partnership, highlighting how it aligns perfectly with Australian Oilseeds’ mission to reduce the use of chemicals in agriculture and food production. The agreement marks a significant milestone in the company's growth journey and its strategic initiatives, which also include the recent expansion into the Chinese market. The company is also in negotiations with other retail chains in Australia and the United States to supply its range of cold-pressed, non-GMO extra virgin vegetable oils. Australian Oilseeds Holdings prides itself on being the largest cold-pressing oil facility in Australia, focusing on both conventional and organic non-GMO oilseeds for over 20 years. Australian Oilseeds Holdings is currently in talks with other major retail chains in both Australia and the United States to expand its range of cold-pressed, non-GMO extra virgin vegetable oils.
