Lendlease has announced that ArcelorMittal Commercial Italy Srl will join the Spark Business District in Milan Santa Giulia, reinforcing the area's role as a strategic hub for businesses and innovation.
Claudia Imparato, Head of Fund & Asset Management at Lendlease Italy, expressed pride in welcoming ArcelorMittal to their ecosystem, stating that the presence of such an international player strengthens their vision of Milan Santa Giulia as a European destination for business and innovation.
Strategically located near the Rogoredo high-speed train station and the M3 metro line, the Spark Business District serves as a key point for urban and interregional mobility. It includes Spark One, Spark Two, and Spark Three buildings. The district also features communal spaces like the Scirocco cultural center, which hosts events, food and beverage services, and social activities. This fosters a work and living environment that prioritizes people and their quality of life.
Looking ahead, Milan Santa Giulia is set to become one of the city's most attractive areas, especially with the upcoming 2026 Winter Olympics.
