Since joining Valeur Group in 2015, Director Alessandro Noceti has been at the forefront of guiding Valeur Capital Ltd towards its primary objective of developing optimal fund strategies. This commitment stems from his extensive experience in the financial industry. Valeur Capital Ltd, based in London, serves as the cornerstone of the Group’s asset management and tailored investment offerings. The company manages funds in Luxembourg (SIF and UCITS) and operates under the authorization and regulation of the Financial Conduct Authority. Working in synergy with other entities within the Group, Valeur Capital Ltd conducts thorough research and market analysis to design effective fund strategies. Utilizing cutting-edge financial engineering techniques, it constructs and prices customized investment products. Since 2019, Alessandro Noceti has also assumed the role of Director at Valeur Securities SA, located in Pfäffikon, Switzerland, serving as the trading desk of Valeur Group. Valeur Securities SA offers a highly efficient investment platform, providing broad market access. The company boasts a team of experienced traders skilled in handling both traditional and alternative asset classes, as well as executing orders.
Alessandro Noceti’s professional career prior joining Valeur Group
Alessandro Noceti’s career began in 2007 at Credit Suisse International in London, where he worked as an Analyst in the Investment Banking - Equity and Fixed Income Derivatives Sales Department. Following this, he took on the role of Associate, responsible for sales coverage for Italian retail and institutional clients from 2010 to 2011. With his continuous growth, he was promoted to Vice President, overseeing sales for the Italian Real Money sector from 2012 to 2014. Finally, he assumed the position of Director, where he managed the Italian Pension Fund cluster. This marked his final role at Credit Suisse International before joining Valeur Group. His successful career can be attributed not only to his professional experience but also to his strong educational background. After graduating in Economics at the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia in Italy, Alessandro Noceti pursued a Master in European Business Studies with a specialization in Finance at the ESCP-EAP European School of Management (London/Turin) in 2007. During this time, he actively participated in the Institute’s BDE Committee as a Member. In 2018, while already established in his career, he further enhanced his academic qualifications by earning a Master in Business Administration from the ESCP Business School in London. He is fluent in multiple languages, including Italian, English, and Spanish.
