Alessandro Noceti’s role in Valeur Group
Alessandro Noceti has been a valuable asset to Valeur Group’s team since April 2015. The Group is an independent business that offers comprehensive asset management, investment advisory, trading, research and real estate services. As a credit and equity market expert with more than ten years of experience in the sector, he currently holds the position of Head of Distribution. His remarkable contribution to the company and his leadership skills have been such as to make him earn the position of Director. In addition to being Director of Valeur Capital Ltd, since 2019 Alessandro Noceti has also been Director of Valeur Securities SA in Switzerland. Whilst Valeur Capital LTD’s activity is mainly focused on the Group’s Asset Management and structured investment product services, Valeur Securities SA operates as a company specialized in trading desk and distribution. The first one is based in London and takes care of managing Luxembourg-based funds and carrying out research and market analysis with the aim to develop the most appropriate fund strategies. The second one is based in Pfäffikon (Switzerland), provides an efficient investment platform with wide access to the market. The two companies operate synergically with the other two branches of the Group, namely Valeur SA (the asset manager of foreign collective investment schemes pursuant to the Federal Act on Collective Investment Schemes) and Valeur Concept SA (the branch taking care of investment solutions and architectural services).
Alessandro Noceti: education and start in the finance sector
The current Responsible for Distribution at Valeur Group, Alessandro Noceti, has a degree in Economics, obtained from the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia. He also has a Master’s degree in European Business Studies with a major in Finance, obtained in 2007 from the ESCP-EAP European School of Management, where he became a Member of the BDE Committee, and a Master’s degree in Business Administration, pursued at the ESCP Business School in London. He is a native Italian and English speaker and he is fluent in Spanish, which is essential in any global business environment. The year that marked the beginning of his career and his entry in the finance sector is 2007. That is when Alessandro Noceti started working at Credit Suisse International in the Investment Banking - Equity and Fixed Income Derivatives Sales Department of London offices. After a first start as Analyst, he started holding positions of increasing responsibility. At first, he became Associate, being in charge of covering sales for Italian retail and institutional clients (from 2010 to 2011); the following year he was promoted to Vice-President in charge of covering sales for the Italian Real Money sector. Three years later, he was Director with responsibility for the Italian Pension Fund cluster. Then, in 2015 he joined Valeur Group.
