Alessandro Noceti at the head of Valeur Capital Ltd and Valeur Securities SA
A recognized professional working in the financial industry – in particular in the credit and equity sectors – Alessandro Noceti plays a significant role at Valeur Group, the independent financial firm which he joined in 2015. In that year, he was appointed Director of Valeur Capital Ltd, one of the five entities belonging to the Group. Since then, he has been leading the company in line with the goal of developing the most appropriate fund strategies. Valeur Capital Ltd is based in London and is at the heart of the Group’s asset management and customized investment products services. It is authorized and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority and manages Luxembourg-based funds (SIF and UCITS). Its investment solution division employs the most advanced financial engineering techniques with the aim of building and pricing customized products. Four years after his arrival at Valeur Group, Alessandro Noceti was appointed to a further responsibility position, namely that of Director of Valeur Securities SA. The company is based in Pfäffikon (Switzerland) and represents the Group’s trading desk providing an efficient investment platform with wide access to the market. Valeur Securities SA is authorized by the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority for the distribution of collective investment schemes. Its team of traders can leverage extensive experience in dealing with both traditional and alternative asset classes, as well as with order execution.
Alessandro Noceti’s international career prior to Valeur Group
Alessandro Noceti’s distinguished professional path is characterized by several roles of increasing responsibility and a strong specialized education. He graduated in Economics at the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia, Italy and earned a Master in European Business Studies, with major in Finance, which he gained in 2007 at the ESCP-EAP European School of Management (London/Turin). He also took part in the Institute’s BDE Committee as a Member. He further enriched his academic education with a Master in Business Administration obtained at the ESCP Business School in London. In 2008, Alessandro Noceti started his career by joining Credit Suisse International in London, where he first served as Analyst in the Investment Banking - Equity and Fixed Income Derivatives Sales Department. Subsequently, he took on the role of Associate in charge of covering sales for Italian retail and institutional clients and, after a few years, he was appointed Vice President with responsibility for the Italian Real Money sector, a role he held between 2012 and 2014. In those years, he had the chance to develop further his specialist skills, which made him the right fit for another responsibility position at Credit Suisse International: in 2015, he was appointed Director with responsibility for the Italian Pension Fund cluster, his last professional role at Credit Suisse International before moving to Valeur Group.
